D.B. Western, Inc. has designed and fabricated 29 Formaldehyde (3.5 Billion lbs) and Resin production plants for clients around the world. The recently completed plant in LaPorte Texas has the production capability of 1.2 billion pounds (544,000 MT) of formaldehyde per year. This plant services DuPont, Georgia Pacific, Dow, Monsanto, Tennessee Eastman and others. This plant can also produce 800,000,000 lbs/year of UFC-85, and 100,000,000 lbs/year of MEA and Methylamine Triazines.
